    6. Why Replica Products for Custom Orders?

To ensure transparent pricing and proper payment handling for custom-made products, the app uses a replica of the original product when placing custom orders.

    1. Transparent Pricing

    • Custom measurement or tailoring charges are added directly to the replica product's price
    • Final price is already included — no additional or hidden charges at checkout
    • Improves transparency and builds customer trust
    • Reduces confusion during purchase

    2. Shopify Payment Limitations

Shopify does not provide a native option to disable Cash on Delivery (COD) for specific products or custom orders only.

By using a replica product for custom orders, merchants gain more control over payment behavior.

    Benefits of Using Replica Products

    • Manage payment behavior separately for custom and standard products
    • Disable COD for custom products using shipping or payment rules configured through a third-party Shopify app (such as payment rule or COD-management apps)
    • Keep COD available for regular (non-custom) products

    7. Button Layout Customization

Customize Size Guide and Custom Order buttons to match your brand.
