How It Works

Select Products
- Open the Products tab and click Create Replica Products.
- Search or filter, then select one or more original products.
- Click Create to continue.
Filters: Originals only · Has replicas / No replicas

Configure Replica Settings
- Additional charge — extra amount on top of the original price.
- Name suffix — e.g. Blue Shirt → Blue Shirt Custom Order.
- Product tag — default custom_product; edit names per product if needed.

Create Replica Products
- Click Create Replica Products. The app duplicates originals, keeps all details, and updates title (with suffix), tags, and price (original + charge).
- A loading screen shows while products are created.

Editing Existing Replicas
If you select a product that is already a replica, the app detects it. Use Edit selected replicas to update name, price, and tags instead of creating duplicates again.
Best Practices
- Use the Originals only filter to avoid creating replicas of replicas.
- Use product tags to manage custom products in Shopify collections.
- Add an additional charge for custom tailoring, embroidery, or special requests.
