Frequently asked questions
Where can I add a custom size chart on Amazon?
Three places: (1) one of the 7–9 product images in the main carousel, (2) A+ Content modules (Brand Registry sellers only), (3) your Amazon Storefront. The image carousel is the highest-impact placement.
What's the right image dimension for Amazon?
1500×1500 minimum, 2000×2000 recommended for zoom. Our 1600 px PNG works well; for absolute max quality, regenerate at the higher scale or upscale the export with TinyPNG/Photoshop.
Can I use the chart in A+ Content?
Yes — A+ Content modules accept image uploads. Use the "Standard image" or "Image with text" modules and embed your chart PNG. Requires Brand Registry.
Should the chart match Amazon's white-background rule?
The main listing image must have a pure white background. Your size chart can be in a secondary image slot (slot 2–9) and have any background. Use the white export option for slot 2 if you want a clean look matching slot 1.
