Frequently asked questions
What size will the print be?
The export is 1600 × ~1067 px at 2× retina. Prints sharp at A4 (210×297 mm), letter (8.5×11"), or smaller. For A3 / large posters, the resolution still holds up but consider scaling the design.
Can I export as PDF for printing?
Not yet — currently PNG only. For PDF, drop the PNG into Word, Google Docs, or Canva and export from there. PDF export is on our v2 list.
How do I print without a background?
Choose "Transparent" in the export-background toggle before clicking Download. The PNG is transparent and prints with the paper showing through.
Best paper stock for hangtag-style charts?
300gsm matte cardstock for hangtags. 120gsm uncoated for in-store handouts. Inkjet-friendly for office printers, laser-friendly for high-volume.
