FAQs
Single vs double-breasted?
Double-breasted is traditional and reversible if one side gets stained mid-shift. Single-breasted is modern, casual, often used for fast-casual or front-of-house.
Why are sleeves so long?
Steam and grease protection. Some chefs roll up sleeves for prep, full-down for service. Cuffs should reach the wrist bone.
