    FAQs

    What mmHg should I use?

8-15 mmHg for daily wear and travel. 15-20 for athletes and mild swelling. 20-30 mild medical use (varicose veins). 30-40 medical (DVT, lymphedema), prescription only.

How tight should compression socks feel?

Snug, not painful. Should leave a faint sock line but not deep dents. If toes go numb or color changes, size up or reduce mmHg.
