Flats: 0-0.5". Kitten: 1-2". Mid: 2-3". High: 3-4". Stiletto: 4"+. Higher heel = more weight on toe area, often size up half.
Pointed toe sizing?
Pointed toes run small at the front. Add half size for pointed toe heels. Round and almond toes run true.
