How to Migrate from Kiwi Sizing to Tailor Size Guide

Migration Steps
1. Export Kiwi charts. Kiwi admin → Charts → Export → CSV.
2. Install Tailor Size Guide. Don't uninstall Kiwi yet — keep both running side by side until validation passes.
