Frequently asked questions
What's the most useful column for parents?
Height in centimeters. EU kids' clothing is sized by height ("122 cm = age 7"), and parents know their child's height better than chest. Always include both age and height.
How is 4T different from size 4?
4T is cut wider in the diaper area and has snap closures or pull-on shoulders for easy dressing. Size 4 is cut for fully potty-trained kids. Don't mix them on the same chart.
When should kids switch to adult sizes?
Around size 16 / age 14, kids transition to adult XS/S. Add a footnote on the kids' chart pointing to your adult chart.
Are baby clothing sizes universal?
No — US, UK, EU, JP all differ. EU is most reliable (height in cm). If you ship internationally, include all four conversions in adjacent columns.
