    Frequently asked questions

What measurements does a t-shirt size chart need?

Three at minimum: chest width (laid flat, pit-to-pit), body length (top of shoulder to hem), and sleeve length. Many brands add shoulder width and cuff width for fitted tees.

    Should I include unisex sizing?

Most t-shirt brands ship unisex by default. If your line is gender-specific, generate two charts — one men's, one women's — since women's tees often have a fitted cut with different bust and waist measurements.

How do I show oversized fit on a chart?

Add 2–3 inches to the chest range and 1–2 inches to the body length per size. Or generate two charts: "Regular Fit" and "Oversized Fit" with the same labels but different numbers.

Is this good for print-on-demand listings?

Yes — Printful, Printify, Spod, Gelato all let you upload a custom size chart image. Generate the chart, download the PNG, drop it in your product page.
