Why build a custom POD size chart?
Printful and Printify publish detailed charts, but they're branded as Printful/Printify, not your brand. A custom chart with your colors, logo, and layout makes your storefront feel cohesive — and you can reorganize the data however you want.
Where do I get the actual measurements?
Each POD provider publishes a per-product size chart on the product page. Copy those numbers into the generator. Don't guess — POD blanks vary by manufacturer (Bella+Canvas, Gildan, AS Colour all differ).
How do I keep the chart in sync if the POD changes blanks?
Re-generate when the POD updates blanks. Pin the URL to the chart in your project notes so you can quickly recreate it. v2 of the generator will support saved templates.
Is the chart accurate for global POD fulfillment?
Yes if you use the in/cm dual mode and pull the measurements from the POD provider's published source. Different POD warehouses (US vs EU) sometimes use different blanks — verify before shipping.
