FAQs
Why divergence after DD?
US historically labeled DD, DDD, DDDD as bigger cups. UK extended into E, F, FF, G. Both systems describe the same volumes — just different letter conventions.
Does the band number actually match?
Most of the time yes. US 34 = UK 34 in band. Some Italian and Australian bras (using UK system) may add half-size bands. EU bras use 75/80/85 instead of 32/34/36.
