Kids' shoes sized 0-13 (toddler/little kid) then restart at 1-7 (big kid). US 13 = US 1 big kid (same physical size). EU runs 16-39 continuous.

FAQs
Why US restart at 1?
Toddler sizes 0-13 cover ages 0-5. Then 'big kid' (sometimes called 'youth' or 'GS' in basketball) restarts at 1, going up to 7. Then adult begins. Confusing but historical.
When do kids switch to adult sizing?
Big kid 7 = adult women 8.5 = adult men 7. Most kids transition to adult sizing around age 12-14. Big kid sizes lack adult tech features (limited cushioning options).
