Three sizing systems for caps. Fitted = exact size. Snapback = one size adjustable. Flex-fit = letter size with stretch.

FAQs
How is fitted cap size measured?
Hat size = head circumference / pi (3.14). 22.5 inches / 3.14 = 7 1/8 hat size. New Era uses this system.
What's the most adjustable?
Snapback covers the widest range (4 inches) easiest. Flex-fit is more comfortable but limited to 1.25 inches per letter size.
