Are helmet sizes the same across sports?
Most use the same circumference ranges. Motorcycle and cycling helmets fit identically. Ski helmets often run small (need padding for goggle gap). Equestrian similar to bike.
How tight should a helmet be?
Snug, no movement. Two fingers should not fit between forehead and helmet. Should not rotate when you shake your head. Pressure but not pain.
